They have worked in the financial services, technology, motor and fashion industries, with responsibilities for internal and external communication and public affairs. HOW WE MAKE IT WORK
Each working three days a week, Claire and Louise share, rather than split their role. They write each other a comprehensive status report at the end of their working week and meet each Wednesday to take care of team responsibilities and where possible, jointly meet stakeholders. Each quarter they invest in an offsite 'thinking day' to discuss the strategic direction of their role and, based on input from their team and others, whether any adjustments to their job share are needed.
