Louise's brief was to improve employee engagement at a time of unprecedented upheaval.  Working for a major UK bank, her audience were 12,400 network employees based across England and Wales.  She designed and led a multi-year, award winning cultural change programme.  Her innovative use of internal communication channels together with an emphasis on 'leader-led' interventions achieved transformational results.

Claire led the integration communications for two major divisions of a leading UK bank, at the height of the banking crisis.  With clear strategic messaging and robust operational planning, Claire's leadership and forensic attention to detail ensured ten executives were equipped to communicate effectively.


At a time of heightened regulatory scrutiny, Claire and Louise spearheaded the communication approach to drive a culture of customer-centricity across a FTSE100 organisation.  Using bold, disruptive and innovative techniques they each took responsibility for a core audience segment to improve and enhance employee behaviour and increase the voice of the customer.


During the takeover battle of a major European bank, Louise's communication strategy helped the Global Clients division keep its people and contributed to its best ever financial year.  She designed and delivered a first-of-its-kind Thought Leadership programme for rising talent and introduced a monthly pulse survey to track sentiment.  It enabled the Global Clients executive team to quickly identify and address issues throughout this critical time in their history.
